Finally, my oldest baby has picked a sport and getting ready to compete! Kristina decided to join the track team this year at her high school. Tonight was an adventure, as I had to take her to buy some "track shoes" for her meet tomorrow. I never knew they wore anything different than just tennis shoes....boy was I wrong! So we took a little trip to Skinny Raven and got her the most fancy looking shoes I've ever seen. They are a pretty turquoise blue and green with silver and look like something out of the future! She is set to compete tomorrow morning at her first track meet. She will be running in the 400 meter and 100 meter events! Everyone wish her luck, she is very nervous! Go Mustangs - Go Kristina!
